So much to do, so little time! (3/18/07-3/26/07)

My first sponge bath. I prefer a real bath but the hooded towels are cool.

I'm off to see my doctor (PPO, in-network). The car rides are the best. Again, the hat is TOO big, and it doesn't match my outfit.

Per doctor's orders, I need to sunbathe, something about "jon-dis". Very difficult in Portland in March but here I am!

Grandma Roz was here to visit. We read books and sang songs.

Me and mom, just hangin'. Mom needs to do a little sunbathing too but don't tell her I said so.

Three heads are better than one!

Don't mind me, just pretend I'm not here... and please don't spill coffee on my swaddle!

I CAN SEEEE YOU!

First 48 hours (3/16/07-3/17/07)

Is it always this bright out here?!

Phew, that's better.

I made it through my first couple nights okay and mom's feeling better too. We are all ready to go home, but not before they dress me up. And yes, that hat is TOO big!

Yeah, we are finally home!!

HELLO WORLD (3/15/07)

It's me, Addison.

I was born at 5:39pm on March 15th. Everyone knew I was coming out but me! I don't look to happy because I wasn't. I weighed 6 lbs. 5 oz. and was 20 inches long. Pretty good for a liquid diet.

Takin' my bags and leavin'! (3/15/07)

It's March 15th and the day starts as any other day, with a nice morning stroll... except for those darn contractions.

We check in around 7:30 am and by 10:30 am, the induction begins.

1 pm - where in the world is that "#@$!%" epidural guy?

2:30 pm - all is good in the world... are my legs still attached?
